Elena Boukingolts

Elena Boukingolts was born in the Russian Town of Stavropol in 1966 where she graduated from the Stavropol Academy of Fine Art and Design. Elena started her career as an illustrator for a popular children's magazine, as well as being the head costume designer for the Stavropol Puppet Theater. 

Elena gradually began to focus on watercolor painting, and later, metal sculptures after she moved to Israel and started working in the casting workshop of Genadi Duobosarsky. Elena has exhibited her work in domestic and international art shows and galleries, such as: Art Expo, New York; Art Manege, Moscow; Dima Gallery, Paris; and Opera House, Tel-Aviv.
